Tickets- Tickets are non-refundable, and only valid for the date purchased.
Due to any unforeseen weather conditions tickets are still non refundable, tickets must be presented on arrival and must be scannable, either on a phone screen or printed. Anyone without a ticket will be asked to purchase one to gain entry.
For groups arriving in multiple cars please ensure everyone has a copy of their own ticket. We advise you keep a printed copy of your ticket on you at all times, so in the event of an emergency we can identify you. We do not tolerate abusive or threatening behaviour and you will be removed from the premises. Under 12’s are free and don’t require a ticket. Well behaved dogs are welcome and MUST be kept on a lead through the entirety of the show. We retain the right to refuse entry to anyone with a dog presenting aggressive or challenging behaviour, this is for the safety of everyone. No GLASS is permitted anywhere on the premises inc. Bottles, jars, glasses. Any glass bottled drinks will be confiscated by security.
The use of drones or other flying equipment is strictly prohibited.
Should you need to leave at any time please keep this to a minimum during the show, and find the nearest marshall to escort you out ensuring you have a copy of your ticket/wristband to regain entry.
We do not hold any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged property. Barbaques must be raised from the floor, any barbaques found on the floor will be destroyed and removed. The use of recreational drugs or illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will not be tolerated, anyone found in possession will be removed from the show immediately. By purchasing a ticket you are agreeing to our terms and conditions therefore we hold not liability or responsibility.
